Antares Solutions has extensive deep technical experience around the Microsoft Collaboration and Content Management toolset. Our consultants have many years experience working with Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003, Microsoft Content Management Server and have been working with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 since it's Beta release in 2006.

Our consultants have been involved in many implementations of both Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.

  • Collaboration Integration - Implementation of a intranet for a Government client with integration points into their CRM system (Pivotal CRM) using the Business Data Catalog whilst alos providing a centralised location for accessing their Lotus Notes Applications.
  • Business Collaboration - Implementation an intranet for one of Australia's largest bookshops. The intranet was built using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft Forms Server. Some of the key features were the Web Content Management capabilities of SharePoint to provide a rich user experience for publishing important company news and announcements out to the organisation which consist of 42 branches located in various areas throughout Australia. The addition of replacing paper based forms with online electronic forms using Microsoft Forms Server and providing automated workflow and routing via the Windows Workflow Foundation has substantial time gain and cost benefit to the client.
  • MOSS 2007 Migration - Migration of multiple Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 sites onto the MOSS platform for another large government department as well as a large Australian insurance company.
