Traditional compliance and risk management is conducted using simple spread sheets. This causes data integrity, consistency and duplication problems as well as creating multiple sources of information.

Compliance and risk management officers can use this tool to conduct audits offsite in various locations without the need to connect to the organisations network. Once all reports have been collected, officers simply return to the head office and upload information to a central server where information is automatically updated and stored on the server, and downloaded to all other nodes using the compliance and risk management tool.
